Jo got back to me within a day and from then on she worked on multiple demos over the course of a few days helping me test them out – always eager to find and offer a better solution. She completely owned the issue and worked with me to find a fix and in good time! A++You rarely get this kind of support even in a brick ‘n’ mortar store, so am completely blown away.
